Leather Cutting & Stitching
After drafting patterns to precise measurements, the leather
is cut and stitched to form a uniform shoe shape.
Shaping & Molding Process
Materials are precisely positioned, then heat and pressure
are optimized to mold the product according to foot shape.
Precision Cutting & Assembly
After precision cutting along curved lines, components are
assembled to match foot contours and finished with stitching.
Final Inspection & Delivery
The finished products undergo fitting checks and durability
tests, followed by separation, packaging, and delivery.
