Corrective Functional Insoles for
Improved Body Performance

NeoTec, a foot health–focused specialist company, develops
functional insoles based on continuous research into gait patterns
and foot structure. Through designs that consider pressure distribution,
load alignment, and support structure, our insoles reduce stress on the
feet and provide a stable foot care solution—from everyday walking to
more active movement.

Precise Foot Analysis

We analyze pressure distribution and
arch height through 3D foot scanning
and gait pattern analysis.

Customized Material Layers

Designed with a multi-layer structure
that balances shock absorption,
resilience, and support.

Safety & Reliability

Manufactured in compliance with quality
standards and verified through durability
and abrasion-resistance testing.

Insole Mold Design

The base insole mold is designed and manufactured,
defining the arch height, heel cup depth, and overall
silhouette for all subsequent processes.

Molding Preparation

Selected materials are formed in molds under controlled
temperature, pressure, and time to achieve optimal support
and cushioning for the foot.

Cutting & Separation Process

After molding, insoles are precision-cut by size from the
formed sheets. Key areas such as the toe section, arch, and heel
are refined to ensure a natural, close fit to the foot.

Finished Product Separation

Completed insoles are separated individually and
prepared for final inspection prior to shipment.

Final Inspection

Surface finish, thickness, and quality are carefully
inspected. Only insoles that pass final inspection
are packaged and delivered.

Product Supply

After a final quality check, approved insoles
are packaged and supplied for end use.
