Production Process
Neotec’s custom insoles are made on a one-to-one
basis using 3D scanning to analyze each individual’s
foot shape and walking characteristics. The thickness
and support structure are designed according to foot
condition, providing stable wear and enhanced comfort.
By evenly distributing pressure, these insoles help reduce
strain on the feet and joints during walking.
Consultation & Foot Scanning
Through professional consultation, a 3D foot scanner measures
plantar pressure, arch shape, and heel alignment. The collected
data forms the foundation for custom footwear design.
3D Foot Scanning
Muscle tension, pain response, swelling, and balance are
assessed through analysis. Combining 3D data with manual
evaluation defines correction direction and support points.
Custom Insole Design
Using measured data, the insole is designed to balance support,
cushioning, and resilience based on arch height, weight distribution,
and walking rhythm. Precision cutting ensures a natural fit.
Final Insole Inspection
The completed insoles undergo final inspection for durability, finish,
support, and pressure distribution. They are then combined with a
custom last to complete the footwear before delivery.
