NeoTec Socks Designed
to Support Safe Walking

As a foot-health specialist, NeoTec researches and develops
functional socks based on detailed analysis of walking environments
and foot structure. We eliminate unnecessary features and focus only
on essential functions to ensure stable quality and consistent comfort.
Through purpose-driven material selection and design technology, we
deliver reliable and comfortable foot-care solutions.

Non-Pressure Socks

We analyze pressure distribution and
arch height through 3D foot scanning
and gait pattern analysis.

Anti-Slip Socks

Designed with a multi-layer structure
that balances shock absorption,
rebound elasticity, and support.

Anti-Slip Toe Socks

Manufactured in compliance with quality
standards and verified through durability
and abrasion-resistance testing.

NeoTec Socks Overview

NeoTec functional socks are developed through a foot-health–focused
process, from material selection to design and production.

Anti-Slip Socks

Helps ensure stable walking even on slippery
indoor surfaces, with durable dot-pattern
anti-slip treatment applied across the entire sole.

Non-Pressure Socks

Designed without ankle compression, providing
comfortable wear for those who require
foot care, including people with diabetes.

Anti-Slip Toe Socks

Separately designed toes allow natural
toe movement and support
balanced, stable walking.

Material Procurement

30s combed cotton yarn is selected and dyed through a
dedicated process to ensure accurate, vibrant color, then
sorted according to structure and compression level.

Alphalum Blended Dyeing

During the dyeing process, color quality is kept
consistent while Alphalum is evenly blended into the
yarn through a parallel mixing process.

Warping & Knitting Preparation

The dyed yarn is prepared through a coning process and
evenly arranged under controlled tension during warping
before proceeding to sock knitting.

Seamless Toe Closing

Skilled specialists perform hand-linking at the toe to create
a clean finish, minimizing seams and preventing discomfort.

Anti-Slip Dot Material Blending

Anti-slip dots are applied under controlled pressure to
enhance sole grip, with Alparium blended into the compound
to improve elasticity, durability, and slip resistance.

Sock Steaming & Pressing

After knitting, socks are steam-pressed to stabilize shape
and refine the knit. Final finishing checks ensure shrinkage
control, durability, and overall comfort.

Final Shipment

After inspection, labels are applied and the socks are
packaged with I-pin inserts to maintain shape, then
prepared for final shipment.
